The therapy provided to each individual varies depending on their particular circumstance. Anger Management Handbook
Readers will learn about the components of anger and how anger and depression are related. The handbook teaches how to utilize the mind, body, and spirit to transform negative energy (anger) into positive communication with others. This handbook will also help individuals learn strategies for attaining contentment (happiness) on a daily basis.
